In this role, you’ll oversee operations during the night, making sure all work is done safely, securely, and in line with FedEx standards. You’ll plan, monitor, and drive performance while supporting and developing your team through clear communication and leadership.
About the role: Operations Supervisor (Nights)
The Operations Supervisor (Nights) is responsible for supervising a team of operatives and drivers, ensuring they are motivated and treated fairly and consistently. You will plan and take action to achieve service level targets, educate your team on business goals and service objectives, and ensure working practices are operationally compliant during your shift.
You will need to manage your own time and that of the team effectively, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a strong customer focus. Good communication skills, energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a busy freight processing environment are key.

- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
