Programmatic Solutions Analyst – Amazon – London
Amazon Ads is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Analyst to join its growing London team and help enterprise clients succeed with Amazon’s Demand Side Platform (DSP). As part of the Programmatic Solutions Consultants group, you’ll support advertisers, agencies, and traders with advanced programmatic ad solutions and ensure they fully leverage Amazon’s technology to achieve their business goals.
You’ll become a trusted advisor, helping clients onboard, optimize, and evolve their use of the DSP. This is a client-facing role that requires both technical and strategic expertise in programmatic advertising, as well as a passion for customer success and innovation.
About the role: Programmatic Solutions Analyst
In this role, you’ll manage the full client journey—from onboarding and training to campaign strategy consultation, beta testing, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with Amazon sales, engineering, and product teams, offering feedback and translating client needs into actionable improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include providing feature training, analyzing data for performance optimization, supporting new beta features, and driving DSP adoption. You’ll also troubleshoot issues, support cross-functional teams, and ensure clients see Amazon DSP as their primary programmatic tool.
