About the role: Store Manager
In this position, you’ll lead daily operations, setting and achieving KPIs, optimising processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage stock ordering, merchandising, and cost control to keep the store running like clockwork.
You’ll also develop, nurture and inspire your team through coaching and regular huddles, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best work and grow within Lidl.
Benefits and Salary
The salary ranges from £50,600 to £68,200 per annum (including 10% London allowance), plus 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a company car or allowance, 10% in-store discount, pension contributions, enhanced family leave, and long-service awards.
