Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants. If you are enthusiastic to learn, deliver outstanding care for vulnerable patients, and grow with our fast-track programme, this opportunity is for you.
You will begin through our induction and training process, receiving support every step of the way. Over the first 12-18 months, you’ll develop specialist clinical skills and have chances to progress within the Fairlie Healthcare Group, delivering high-quality care every day.
About the role: Care Assistant
Your focus will be on delivering personal care to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence at all times. Tasks include assisting with personal needs, completing documentation accurately and promptly, and escalating any concerns about a patient’s well-being to the nurse in charge.
