You’ll coach, train and motivate colleagues through regular team huddles, planning overtime and holiday cover to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time. Your leadership will keep our store looking its best.
About the role: Cleaning Section Leader
In this role, you’ll lead daily team huddles, communicate key cleaning standards, and support colleagues across all store areas. You’ll plan schedules, manage shifts, and ensure colleagues maintain high hygiene and presentation levels throughout the day.
We’ll help you develop your skills by training you in different cleaning processes and areas of the store. If you’re looking to grow your career and drive excellence in retail operations, this varied role is for you.
