As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, you’ll keep moving, keep business booming and never be bored. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and ensuring every customer receives the service they deserve.

About the role: Customer Assistant

In this role, you’ll help customers at the checkouts, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and keep queues moving. You’ll also efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store, ensuring stock is correctly unpacked and merchandised.

You’ll bake fresh goods to keep our bakery topped up and maintain the middle aisles of non-food products. Your proactive approach to customer service and teamwork will keep the store running smoothly.
