About the role: Operations Support Agent

The Operations Support Agent ensures urgent packages reach the right destination on time, answers incoming customer calls about collection requests and delivery inquiries, and addresses failed deliveries or collections by prioritizing and reallocating as needed. You will also maintain and update information in tracking systems while complying with FedEx’s processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines, and excellent time management. Teamwork and collaboration with managers and other station operations are essential.
